Hello
This is the first time I'm posing a question.

I have a very active 17 months old boy. He sleeps about 10 hours each night waking 2 to 3 times to feed. I still breastfeed him.

One hour after he wakes up in the morning he rubs his eyes.
I try to put him to sleep again buy in 10 min he forgets about that .
I should say that I rock him too.
After several attempts he finally sleeps at 12 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
I'm not sure if he still wants to have 1 or 2 naps during the day bacause I'm struggling a lot trying to put him down twice so he won't rub his eyes but it gets so impossible
I get so tired n frustrated
I spend a big part of the day doing that

I would appreciate a lot any second opinion Smile

I wouldn't bother trying to get him to sleep again, sounds like he's getting enough sleep.

Why not try moving to one nap and enjoy your mornings doing something else? Swimming, the park, whatever - by 17 months you can expect to enjoy a decent stretch of awake time to do the fun stuff, and then he'll be properly tired after. And if he doesn't cope you can always go back to two naps.
