I know, I know, I should be grateful but bear with me...

DD2 has never been a great sleeper. She cat naps through the day but won't sleep for longer than 20 mins unless in the car or constant pushing in her buggy.

We were very conscious to get into good sleep habits at night (ironic) so we've always put her in her cot sleepy but awake. She has the same bedtime routine and goes to sleep happily by herself at 7pm but is wide awake for the rest of the night by 1am.

It's like torture. She can't survive on so little sleep and I have a toddler so can't catch up on sleep during the day.

Tearing my hair out. I'm so fucking knackered.

Oh and I can't put her to bed later as she's so tired by 7pm she's quire grumpy (we've tried having an earlier bedtime).
