nursery sleep problem

DD is 9 months old. At home she has a 45min nap at 10am and a 1hr45min nap at 1pm. She's been at nursey since 6 months and has usually slept a decent amount of time there. Now, they're getting lots more babies and they've started to use the playroom for naps aswell as the cot room. This means that they're doing lunch at 11ish and then putting them all down to sleep together. I've agreed to this as they've said she's started to fight going down at 10, however, I don't think she's old enough at 9 months to drop the morning nap.
My questions are:

  1. Is she old enough to get by with this sleep arrangement? Will it matter in the long run, as it's only months till she drops the first nap.
  2. Should I ask the nursery to try to replicate the home routine? The problem with this being that she'll have to sleep in a noisy room?
Cheers Dawnx
