Attempting a new bedtime routine...

Currently sat downstairs listening for any sign that it's not working Confused

Trying to get away from giving DS (2.6) milk after he's brushed his teeth, which is a bad habit left over from feeding to sleep. Possibly shouldn't have tried it for the first time the night we've moved him from sleeping bags to a duvet, though...

Wish me luck!

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

So did it work? :D
And what was the change in routine?

Jury's still out! He's just woke once, but the poor lad was sweating buckets so I think I've gone overboard with a blanket and duvet! I basically just gave him milk before the teeth brushing rather than right before bed when we usually have a cuddle and a drink. Put him down with a kiss goodnight like we do for naps. I miss the cuddle though Sad He did go to sleep, just woke after an hour and a bit. So we'll see, will try it again without the blanket issue!
