4 month - settling

DS is 4 months.

It normally takes him 10-15 mins to nod off but during this time he has started to moan and he plays with his muslin too, it's not crying - it's moaning. Before he would go down and just play with his muslin with a few noises and then he'd be asleep.

Do I go stop him moaning or leave him to it? When I go through - every 5 minutes-ish he stops moaning and then when I leave he moans.

I would leave him to it if he self settles after 10 mins. The moaning is normal - it's just them winding down from the day. We'll done - my 4 month old feeds to sleep Blush

And my four month old took three hours to get down last night. You sound like you are doing brilliantly! Do you mind me asking what you did to get him to self settle in the first place lightgreenglass?
