Just looking for advice or reassurance please. DD is 20 months and has been reasonable at going to bed in previous months, occasionally cries for a while before nodding off otherwise just lays in cot playing with/talking to toys. But in last couple of months she goes crazy once I leave the room. Not saying anything in particular or asking for anything just screaming and standing up then eventually settles down (can take up to 30 mins). It's made worse if I go into the room so I just leave her to it until she settles.
Has anyone else experienced this? I'm hoping it's just a phase!! She has been going to bed about 30 mins later than she used to recently as she never seems tired enough at 7pm which is when she used to go to sleep. Could this be the reason?
