10 month old DS is currently in a pattern where he sleeps for 1.25-2hrs in the morning (around 9.15) and then about 30 mins roughly 3.25/3.5 hours after he wakes up.
This seems to suit him as he isn't grumpy or anything towards bedtime and he is sleeping ok at night, but he is due to start nursery in about 5 weeks and I know it would be easier if his long nap was in the afternoon, so that eventually the morning one is the one he drops.
Has anyone got any advice as how to I 'swap' them?? I am scared of waking him after only 30 mins in the morning in case he doesn't sleep again the rest of the day!!
