sleepyhead deluxe or grande? big baby!

As title - he's only 2.5 week old but he is 99.6 percentile for length - he's 58cm already. So I'm wondering if the grande would be better, or too roomy and then defeat the purpose??

Can anyone advise? Thanks in advance.

Deluxe should be fine for a long baby (you can undo the end so their feet stick out, but they still get the cosiness of the Sleepyhead around their head and sides).

My son was around the same length as your baby when he was born, and is just growing out of the Deluxe at six months (admittedly he's only on the 25th centile for weight so he's quite skinny). His feet have been sticking out of the end for most of that time but he doesn't seem to mind.

We're now thinking of moving up to the Grande but I think that it would have been much too roomy for him early on.

Great, thank you! I'll go for the deluxe. On sale on the nct website for 89 - cheers.

I've got the deluxe for my massive 7 week old, he is almost too long for it too but I plan to just undo the bottom so his feet poke out. I'll probably get the grande when he is bigger but at this age you need the deluxe or it won't be cosy enough along his sides.
