My DD is 24 weeks old. She has never been a great sleeper. As a newborn she didn't really nap or sleep much at night. We eventually got her taking five 30 min naps a day when she was about 3 months old, that went on for a month or so. Then she suddenly started sleeping for longer - instead taking three 1-1.5hr naps a day, and sleeping for longer stretches at night with just the one feed. Now this week, she has suddenly gone back to taking crappy, unsettled 30 min naps! She is still sleeping for long stretches at night with one feed between 1 and 2am, but it takes a minimum of 1.5 hours to get her settled again after the feed. She then sleeps until 6/6:30am. She has been having a bit of teething trouble recently, but a bit of bonjela, frozen watermelon, or nurofen if it gets really bad and she is back to her usual smiley self. Could this be all down to teething? Another growth spurt maybe?
