horrendous sleeper... 10 months.

Our DD is 10 months old and has never slept through the night. She was BF until 6 months and now eats 3 meals a day plus a shed load of milk. We put her down at 630 and she wakes 3 - 4 times a night sometimes just whimpering and sometimes screaming high heaven. She will sometimes go back to sleep with a bit of shhh pat, pick up put down but usually we have to feed her. Very happy in the day and has two naps for about an hour. Any ideas much appreciated... sleep deprived and exhausted is an understatement.

What time does she wake up in the morning?

We never even bothered trying to put our dd to bed until about 9.30 at that age, there was no point. She never slept through until she was 2 (after we stopped naps), and never had more than about 10 hours' solid sleep until she started school and then it only went up to 10.5, so maybe yours is another one who doesn't need as much sleep at night.
