ds was going down at 7.30/8.00 pm(with some difficulty occasionally)until 2 wks ago.suddenly, he has been waking at 8.30pm screaming for no apparent reason.thought it was teething, used calgel, calpol.no effect.thought he was hungry, fed him,no effect.a far as i am aware nothing has changed.he is then very sleepy at 11.00 pm and goes down till about 5.naps are okay.any suggestions?

He is still so little - IMHO it is very normal that things suddenly change for no apparent reason, just because they start to learn more about the world.

I would say go with it and see what happens, don't get stressed about it, keep up with a calm bedtime routine at the usual time but if he does wake up don't deny him a cuddle/feed/some time with you. It will probably pass!

DH has a very busy job.we cannot sit and even have dinner together anymore.last night, i put him in his pram and wheeled him around for abit and he slept.do you think i should put him in te pram for a few days so he atleast realises it is bedtime?
