DS goes to bed at 6.30pm and is fine until 2am ish when he is restless for the rest of the night. Usually, replacing his dummy does the trick but thats just silly to have to keep doing that?

Any ideas on how we can get a full nights sleep!!!

My fave book about sleeping is Richard Ferber's Solve your child's sleep problems. Published by Dorling Kindersley. Sorted my DTs in a week! He talks a lot of common sense and it's easy to read.

I can't remember if I've lent it out again already, but if not you can email me on lovelymarslady at aol dot com and I'll lend it to you if you'd like. Blimming brilliant!

It's never late, although some of us, as you can apreciate from the hour, never learned!

What is it with 7mnths?? ds2 is the same. Though he wakes a couple of times before 2.30am, when I feed him. I know I'll get 4 hours out of him if I do that! Have read loads of books, without much success - Mars will try Ferber one - have read about it, but didn't want another book I was too sleep deprived to understand. But if you can make it work with twins, its gotta be understandable! Oh, I miss sleep....
