dd 12 months started waking in the night...

morning all,

dd 12 months has just started waking in the night at about 3am. she doesn't seem hungry, she just wants a cuddle and to fall asleep in my arms again. She then really screams when I try and put her back in her cot.

any advice to get an undisturbed night would be greatly appreciated!!

could she be cold?

i don't think she's cold as it's nice and warm in her room, might be teeth but i can't feel anything coming through and she hasn't got red cheeks.

a friend of mine said that they sometimes get anxious that they're on their own when they wake up in the night, so they just want a cuddle... does this sound familiar to anyone else?
any remedies for this?

also when do you start to use a night light and what are they really for?
