2.5 year old waking through the night

My DD is now 2y5month and up until now there has been no problem with bedtime and sleeping through the night until the last two weeks. She goes to sleep around 19.30
but will wake around midnight crying. It's a wingey cry nothing serious.I have tried leaving her to see if she drifts back to sleep but she doesn't. We can't ignore her as we also have a DD 19 weeks old and it is disturbing her.
When I go into the room she seems to cry/winge even louder she's still half asleep. I've not been able to calm her down enough for her to go back to sleep so have ended up bringing her to my bed (she doesn't settle) or last few nights taking her downstairs and putting Tv on but don't want to make a habit of this. Last night she stayed awake for 4 hours!!

I really don't know where to go with it as like I say she's always been a fantastic sleeper. If anyone has any suggestions of how to get her back to sleep without waking everyone else up it would be appreciated.

Thanks

Hi. My daughter is 2.5. Couldn't go to sleepand started waking up and chatting during the night for hours. It jas happen before and i Gave her deworming tablets. Apparently threadworms are more active at night and can make kids unsettled. She had some last night and went to sleep easily. Might not be the reason or solution but I recommend you try
