Disturbing routine

DS who is nearly 10 weeks sleeps well particularly in the afternoons. Then wakes late in the afternoon for 2 feeds before bed. However 2 days a week I have to wake him to go and collect DD from nursery. I have to wake him early to feed him or else we have a screaming baby all the way to and from nursery. Waking him like this also brings his routine much further forward and he ends up going to bed for the night much earlier and doesnt like being waked for a dream feed. The result being that he wakes earlier during the night and the following morning. He is so close to going through the night it seems a shame.

Anyone got any ideas?

Can you maybe put him down in his car seat for his a/noon nap then you don't have to wake him to take him out. Or if you are walking just straight in his buggy? I used a dummy to stretch ds between feeds if the timing was bad up until about 12 weeks, from then on he managed well between feeds.

He only sleeps on his tummy, he hates his car seat and buggy and a dummy would fall out as we dont normally use one. Good ideas though.
