Baby sleeping bag

Hi all can anyone recommend the best baby sleeping bags to get? My ds is 14 weeks and up to now has just had a blanket, had issues with slow growth due to severe reflux so he hasn't been big enough for any type of bag until now. He seems to settle well when snuggled warm so I think a sleeping bag is the best thing for him but I'm clueless as to what type is safest etc so would appreciate any recommendations anyone has! Sorry if there are already multiple threads on this already I'm a newbie posting but been reading for a while! Thanks

At the moment in the UK you probably need the lightest tog you can find - we have one from Mothercare and one from mamas and papas. Both good, no real difference. Have worked well for us from about 10wks.

We found at that age a very light sleeping bag plus a cellular blanket worked well - easier to adjust if it gets warmer, you can just take the blanket off.

If you avoid polyester fill (which most are) then you don't have to worry as much about overheating because natural fibres breathe. Something like this.

IKEA ones are pretty good - think we used them for dd from pretty early on. They're a velour type fabric, cosy but not too heavy.

The vertbautet ones seem A lot nicer than the grobag ones. but vertbautet are a pita to order from.
