Lo is 9 months and was perfect sleeper until 7 months when all hell broke loose.

Lo have a bath then bottle of 8/9oz and falls asleep while feeding so I move to cot . Lo will sleep for about 2 hours max if am lucky then she continues to wake every 30/40 mins and will not settle back to settle regardless of what I do. It's not pain as still the same with medicine. It's not comfort as still the same if in my bed with me.

Over the oast8+ weeks I have tried pick up put down, controlled crying and weakening up slightly after feed and putting down again none of these work and I am at a loss as to what to try next.

What about staying with her while she falls asleep in her cot? Of course they'll be lots of crying involved and this compassionate method will require a fair investment of time - both each night and also long term.

You need to be consistent though. Inconsistent use of any sleep training method, but especially CC that you have a go, can end up leading to insecurity at bedtime which makes the process of going to sleep more difficult.
