My 8 month twins go down between 6-7 every evening but I'm finding they wake each morning between 5-5:30. Should I try putting them down later or any other tips? I've tried putting them back to sleep but they're full of bears so no chance of that. Any ideas welcomed. TIA

Sounds awesome to me. At 8 months Dd was up about once an hour all night and then for the day at 5. I would take what you have and just go to bed earlier yourself.

I don't think there's a lot you can do tbh, my LO has woken at 5:30 for a few months now (he's 11 months). I think (hope!) they generally sleep in later as they get older. In the meantime, go to bed early and be thankful for the long stretch they are sleeping!

Thanks ladies think I was pushing it. The curse of listening to other mums at groups Smile

I had this with DS but consistently having his bedtime at 7pm has helped.

I know you've probably already done this, but do you have blackout blinds or similar so they aren't woken by the sun? I also found this made a difference and I now get a 'lie in'- until 6, or 6:30 HmmGrin

I think the light early mornings don't help at all even with black out blinds

I'm having this issue too Shock
