I am trying to sort out bunk beds for my DDs. I was told in John Lewis that my 2.5year old has to have a softish childrens mattress due to her age but it would need changing in a couple of years. Does anybody know why she shouldn't have a firm mattress (still a child's one) as she sleeps on a firm mattress at my parents and loves it. Thanks for any help!
