Waking at 4am

So my little girl is nearly 9 weeks old she has a good bed routine set for us going up after feed and change by 9pm-10pm she's fast asleep. Then sleeps through till 4 has a bottle then won't go back off to sleep till 6-7 any tips suggestions?? Confused

Have you tried persevering with a dummy? Also swaddling can help at this age.

Keep all the lights low, don't change her unless dirty and don't engage too much. I don't mean ignore her but try to keep things as quiet and sleepy as possible.

Is she happy or crying after her bottle. If the former then putting her down in her crib awake post-bottle is absolutely fine.

We have a night light for night feeds and she has the bottle winds falls asleep then I put her down 10 mins later wide awake crying.. We have a dummy but she just doesn't want it at that time I'm not sure why she won't go back off. Haven't tried swaddling may have a go at that tonight
