7 month I can't work him out

have two 7 month old boys, one sleeps great during the day the other will sleep for 1 hr during the day and is up. He is clearly exhausted bags under his eyes but the thing is he sleeps all night they both do.

I normally put him down after breakfast, we have a proper wind down as well . I just can't see what's going on!

Maybe he finds it more difficult to stay asleep than his brother?

At this age I wouldn't assume that just because he wakes that he wants to get up. Have you tried getting to him quickly and resettling?

What about lying down with him to get him back to sleep?

I want him to sleep longer than this, I run up and down the stairs from around 40 mins after he has been put down. They both are in the same cot

At 7 months old maybe it's time for them to have their own space in their own cot? That may help.

We are in the middle of decorating, couldn't agree more once that is done then yes own cots.
