How's it going?

misdee · 11/11/2006 07:51

well she woke up as soon as i went in and started crying, so i just lay in my bed going shush shush and she stopped and went to sleep. she woke at 6am for a feed.

misdee that's brilliant!!

misdee · 12/11/2006 08:26

i know. i should've got an early night, but i stayed up till almost 1am expecting her to start crying.

Well when she has done it 3 times that will be her pattern apparently so a late night won't matter.

I had one too, went out with dh for a meal. Lovely, until the mobile rang halfway through!!!

misdee · 12/11/2006 10:03

isnt the 3rd night meant to be the hardest?

Love thread title. seems to be ds2's motto.

misdee · 12/11/2006 10:09

i am going to bed early tonight, and hoping she sleeps through. i want to be one of those mums who looks lovely andrefreshed in the mornings, instead of yawning my way to the school gate after being kept up all night.

OP posts:
misdee · 13/11/2006 14:03

extended it to the early morning wakings, sospent from 5.30 this morning patting her back, gently telling her its still night time, to shushing until 7am when my alarm went off.

so she is now having a 3hour nap! shite.
