Hi,
My little girl is almost 10months old and I am struggling to get her to sleep through the night. she is in her own room now but was the same when she was in our room. iv tried cuddles, iv tried giving her the milk, iv tried just giving her water instead of milk to drop the night feed and iv even tried giving her a bottle before I go to sleep so waking her up to give it her so she is full again but this still isn't helping??
I probably need to be more persistent and not give in but at 3 in the morning its not the easiest to try and not give in and hard to keep a routine with a bedtime etc with a 10month old depending how they sleep through the day aswell.
She has got better but its annoying when you hear other mums saying their babies sleep through already and just concerned its something im doing wrong?

Any advice or ideas would be appreciated just to try:) thanks

How often is she waking in the night and what do you do when she does wake in the night?

How is she with going to sleep at bedtime?

How is she with going to sleep for naptime during the day?

How much daytime and night time sleep is she usually getting?

A loosely routine time for lunchtime nap is helpful both for sleep and also to structure your day. Could you pick a time to do naptime each day? IT doesn't need to be exact, give or take half an hour is fine if you are doing something. But more-or-less the same time is helpful and will help nighttime sleep.
