Rapid return advice

So I'm at hour into rapid return day one and I'm worn out.
As I started it do I need to see it through or can I switch with dh?

Switching with your DH is absolutely fine and indeed would be what I would do. By you and DH 'tag teaming', you are showing your child a united front and also you are supporting each other.

Thanks fate and thank you for suggesting rapid return. It took 2 hours in the end but the second hour was a lot easier than the first. Hopin tonight is a bit quicker.
