Hi all.
my 8 month old has never slept through. She use too wake hourly but now she does6.30-2/3 then shes awake for 30 minutes then she wakes hourly after that and is up for good at 5.30am.
Im exhausted. She has a good routine. Eats and drinks plenty through the day.
im out of ideas too try but just need help!

Do you feed when she wakes at 2/3am? It might solve the subsequent hourly wake ups afterwards.

If you are pregnant this may require some urgent solutions as the new baby gets closer. I have a 14 month age gap between my first two children and when we got to 12 months with my first (who was still not settling or sleeping) and I was 7 months pregnant - it reached the 'something must be done' point and we did controlled crying/cry it out type sleep training. It was horrible. Horrible, horrible, horrible but sometimes needs must.

Yes she has a bottle sometimes 2!
Ive said once she hits 12 months I will do controlled crying but no sooner.
I have a nearly 3 year old too.

Has she got a dummy or comforter?

I can usually resolve any wake ups with my DD (nearly 8 months) with a quick dummy re-insert.

Yes she has a dummy x
