Can anyone give me any tips on how to cope with a days work on no sleep? My 1yr old DS2 has an awful cold. We co-sleep and with his restless nights (he's a rubbish sleeper anyway!) I've only managed to get a couple of hours sleep a night for the last 4 nights in a row. I'm just not sure how I'm going to cope with work today. I have meetings and need to have my brain switched on! I can't drink caffeine due to problems with heart palpitations and don't know what else to do to get me through the day. I feel like im in a thick fog! Any tips from fellow sleep deprived mums would be very welcome!!!
