I'd like to try an aromatherapy fan with lavender oil to aid sleep - preferably a louder fan for white noise. any advice or recommendations? Smile

Sarah Ockwell-Smith recommends the Bodi-Tek Aroma Stream fan. Its 22.45 on Amazon. I would post the link but I don't know how!

I haven't but I have thought about it. It can't do any harm! I'm going to try the omega 3 supplement, studies have shown it to improve sleep and help with nightmares/night terrors. Apparently in the study carried out after four months the children having it got on average an hours extra sleep than the control group..... Maybe I'm being desperate now?! Confused

anything's worth a go! going to try the fan for a month - I've read the sleep book too Smile (all in one night.... Wink zzzz) will feel silly if it doesn't work after all that time!

How old is your little one? Mine is 13mo now. Up until he was 11mo he was waking 6 times a night then he improved quite quickly until now we only go to him once or twice. So even if the fan doesn't work don't worry, they naturally improve with age!
