My 14 month old has never been a good sleeper but is getting worse and worse..so today is day 1 of cc..she's been screaming for nearly an hour..this is insane. Why won't she sleep? I feel evil

She's sharing with her twin, black out, white noise. Room is right temp. She just wants to be held! She fell asleep after an hour..I didn't fall asleep until 5 am! Not looking fw to tonight.. Thanks for your response!

She's 14 months old-too old for a swaddle. She actually slept through last night..hoping (but doubtful) that it wasn't a one off!

good luck for tonite. no experience but friend did this mot long ago with her ds. i think by day 3 or 4 the had cracked it so hang on in there. be worth it.
