Hi, I was just after other people's experiences of how your baby slept at 10wo and what kind of routine you had at night eg time they went to bed and how you did it eg fed/cuddle to sleep etc

Hi again Gemsie

You'll probably get mostly the same people answer any thread you post on the sleep board. So you could just stick with one thread.

If you are after opinions specifically from people with babies the same age as yours, have you thought about looking on the Post Natal Clubs board? There is usually a thread for babies born each moth, where the parents of similar aged children support each other and compare notes.

Would yours be February?

Thank you, I didn't know about that.

Not looked at the thread yet but DD is almost 10 weeks. For the past couple of weeks she has went down sometime between 11 and 12, up at 3.30 for a feed then usually back down till 6ish. After that it varies, some mornings pretty much up then, other mornings back down till 10.
I tried doing the lullabies etc a couple of times but she seems to prefer the TV noise in general so it's just jammies on about 9.30, feed and cuddles till she drops off. Im sure the thread will be far more helpful though!

Hi,

My little boy is ten weeks, he has bath, massage, cuddle and then last feed in his room and is in bed by 7. He then wakes up at either 2 (has gone until 4 sometimes) and then 5 for feeds. In the day I try to do the EWS routine so after he eats I keep him awake for 1/1.5 hours and then put him to bed. Works well for us, as he is always happy when awake as he had fed and slept and I kind of know what I'm doing next and what he wants if he is sad! X
