Hi all,
Our DS was in a great routine with his naps and bedtime. Now that the clocks have changed he is going down for naps and bedtime an hour later - so 11.30 instead of 10.30, 8 instead of 7... How can I bring this back an hour?
I only want this pattern as otherwise he doesn't get enough sleep and naps less and makes a vicious circle....
