My 7.5 month old is fairly easy to put down for a nap. We give dummy, close curtains, put white noise on and hold him. 5 mins later he's asleep and we transfer to cot.

Should I be trying to change this to him self settling as he's going to nursery in 3 months?

He can self settle in the evening as he's full up and just had his last bottle but as I follow the EASY routine during the day he wouldnt be going to sleep after a feed like he does at night.
