Trapped Wind

My son seems to have trapped wind quite bad. How can I help him?

How old is he? can he have gripe water. x

Try massaging tummy in clockwise direction. Also hold thighs and rock baby's (not sure what age u have) knees back towards tummy (don't force it) ...usually gets some wind out!
Btw Woodward's Gripe Water contains e numbers which say they are not suitable for consumption by children and one of which has been linked to hyperactivity in children!!! I wrote to them to query it and basically they said it was an acceptable alternative to alcohol (which it used to contain!!) ....madness!!

He's 6 months I've tried gripe water but it's not working to well with him.

My triplets 6 months also. Smile Does he drink lots of water i have one whoes very windy too x
