Nap time / sleep routine

Hi all. Any ideas on what a good sleep schedule would be for a 14 week old?

Should I be getting her in a proper schedule?

Should I put her in the cot for naps?

She's a great sleeper, at night she will do 12-13 hours straight GrinGrinGrin easy to put down as well.

In the day I feed her and let her sleep when she wants. She normally has a nap about 2 hours after waking up, then wakes for feed, has another 2 naps probably the rest of the day at different times.

Not really got a set time as such. Should be setting a routine or go with the flow?

Also struggling to put her down for naps as she is used to sleeping on my chest/ being cuddled to sleep in the day, yet at night I put her in her Moses basket wide awake and within 10mins she's asleep.

She screams and cries in the day when I try and put her down for a nap, I suppose I need to not give in and leave her?

I would say at the moment, her night sleeping is amazing and sleeping in the day 2 hours after bring awake is normal. Stick with it Smile, if it ain't broke don't fix it is what I'd say!
If you wrote it down she prob does have a little schedule of her own. My dd (12 weeks but 6 corrected) has 2 x 2.5-3 hour naps a day and a 45 minute catnap at about 5.30pm. These are different times every day as it all depends on when she gets up, she got up at 8.30 today so today was a little different to yest where she got up at 7am. She sleeps about 11-12 hours too with one feed, sometimes two depending on if something else wakes her up like the cold, my ds or in last nights case- rain battering her window. I think your lo sounds grand, of the unpredictability of naps starts to become a prob or she won't settle at night then try a schedule then x

Wow! I don't have any advice just had to say that this is amazing. Mine is just under 12 weeks and does 2 maybe 3 20/30 min naps a day. Then is up every two hours to bf from 7-8ish. Whatever you're doing it sounds great!

If she's sleeping well at night just keep doing what you're doing. If it goes to pot at night then try tweaking day time. Other than that I wouldn't touch it lol x
