My DS is 16 months and has just started waking regularly at 6-6.15am (this morning it was 5.40!!
). He was always a 7-7 sleeper. Do you think it could be time to cut his naps back? He'll have a maximum of 2 hours sleep over lunch time. Sometimes it's less if he's at nursery. I read somewhere that toddlers need 13-14 hours sleep per day but wondered if 16 months is too young to cut back and this is just a stage he's going through. Thanks!
