Any tips on adjusting to the clocks going back?

Hi - just wondering if anyone had any advice on adjusting to the clocks going back tonight?

Have JUST managed to get my 9 week old dd into a pretty good routine of one feed at about 2am and then waking at 6am.

Of course 6am will now become 5am which is a bit early for me to start the day !

She seems to wake at 2am and 6am regardless of what time she is fed and put to bed in the evening (anytime between 7pm to 9pm) so not sure how to reprogram her body clock!

I posted this a month ago and sev. people told me dd wouldn't adjust. Well we've done 15 mins a week for a month and it's worked really well so 8 till 8 will be 7 till 7 tomorrow.

Thanks puffling - do you mean delaying bedtime and feeds by 15 minutes a week?

Yes, that's right.
