They (twins) have now been napping for 4 hours. Should I wake them for a feed or let them sleep?

how old? How is their weight gain?

4 hours?! Wow. I'd wake them and have a feed and then a play so they're likely to sleep tonight.

4mths. Their weight gain is good, 50th percentile for weight & 25th for length. I'm guessing they are having a growth spurt and I should take the opportunity to drink a hot cup of tea :-)

I don't suppose they've had their immunisations recently? Mine slept like a log for 48 hours on the second and third day after jabs.

Enjoy it Smile

SIT DOWN! DO NOTHING! Unless you think that they won't sleep tonight, enjoy it while it lasts. cries because DTs have given up their last nap at just 2yo

In my experience they have a sixth sense, once you've made the tea, sat on the sofa and started to watch something other than CBeebies they wake up anyway.
