My 1 year olds sleep is all over the place and is different most days. Some days she wakes at 5, other days 6.40. Her naps are all so very random, sometimes wanting to nap at 8 if she's been up early and sometimes can last out till midday. The length of naps varies considerably too. Sometimes they are 20 mins, other times can be just short of 2 hours. Even if she lasts till midday, the nap length is not predictable. How on earth can I get her sleeping habits sorted and into a more predictable stable routine
