3 month old - feed/sleep advice

My 3 month old (exclusively breast fed) has decided his longish sleep is between 6.30pm and 1am. Would you bother to try and move this, if so how? Wake and feed at 10.30pm ish?
He feeds 1am and 4 am. Not particularly bothered as he sleeps next to me but can see my quality of sleep might improve with single overnight sleep. Advice gratefully received!

Mine (also 3 months) was doing this so we introduced dream feed at 10. He's currently still waking at 2ish but I'm not feeding him, just settling him other ways. I then feed him about 4ish. Each night he's been a bit easier to settle at 2 although we've only been doing it a week. I'm hoping eventually he won't wake at all and will do his long stretch 10 - 4. That's the plan anyway although I'm not sure whether he's read the book! Perhaps you could give dream feed at 10 a go?

My 3 month old boy can sleep from about 9 to 1230ish. As I like to go to bed at 11 I feed him around this time regardless if he's awake or not as I can then guarantee il at least get about 5/6 hrs myself (rather than waiting for him to wake himself where I would then only get about 2 hrs). I feed him in bed then put him straight in his Moses basket. Sometimes he doesn't wake but still takes his bottle. I would definitely try a feed about this time, it's worked wonders. X

Thanks for advice. Think I will give it a whirl at the weekend :-)
