Sleepyhead - Grand and Deluxe?

Hi there - I have a question about the Sleepyhead sleep pod. Firstly, our baby (4mo) prefers sleeping on her side - we tend to prop her up so there is no risk of rolling over but my question is would there be any risk of her burying her face in the side if we used the Sleepyhead would you think?

Secondly, I'm a little confused about the Grand - I thought it was a cardinal sin to have stuff around the edges of a cot (like cot bumpers) but this lines the whole cot. Am I being really dumb - is it totally safe? It's recommended from 8 months plus so perhaps they can wriggle out of trouble and aren't suffocation risks?

I think the thing about the sleepyhead is that it's breathable?

That's good to know, thanks
