I've posted about this before but getting pretty desperate now. DD is almost 11 months. Always been a rubbish sleeper but things had started to improve. But she has a new trick: she has started to often (3-4 times per week) wake around 4ish and can take an hour or, increasingly, two to resettle properly. She'll nod off a few times, sometimes very quickly after we've gone in, but will wake again in minutes. And this goes on. I've tried feeding but that didn't help. I really don't know what the problem is but it's getting worse, taking longer to nod off each time and the whole process going on for longer. She actually goes to sleep without us in the room.
She is generally pretty good at bedtime, goes down awake, etc. Just one overnight feed, often around 3 although these hideous nights/mornings tend to correspond with her not eating her dinner (she's a pretty rubbish eater, too) so waking for a feed earlier. But like I say, feeding her when she wakes at 4 doesn't help. Any ideas?
