I would say 12 hours at night and a 2 hour nap in the afternoon but they're all individuals so don't fret if that's not happening. Loads of kids manage on less - I was just lucky. You'll know if your dc isn't getting enough because they'll be a stroppy little git

My 10 month old goes to bed at 7.30pm, wakes up twice throught the night then gets up at 6.30am.

He only has 1/2-1 hour sleep through the day.
