Dd is 10 mo and has been more difficult with naps lately. Usually if she has a long morning nap will fight afternoon nap and often not nap for more than 40 mins once asleep.

Today at the cm she didn't seem tired so didn't nap until 1:45 despite pram and car journeys so just had one. It seems awfully early to drop a nap though.

Hoping it's just because childminder is too fun! She only started a couple of weeks ago.

DD didn't like to nap and didn't nap at all from 12 months. She was awake from 7am to 8/9pm with no naps at all.

DS dropped down to one nap at around 12 months or so and stuck with it until he was 2ish.

My kids have always been too nosy to nap much and by 8months both dc1 and dc2 only had one nap. Dc2 is now 13months and her naps have been non existent until today when she had an hour this morning!

DD1 dropped afternoon nap between 11 and 12 months and during that time morning nap gradually moved later. By 1 year had one nap about 1130am. DH and his sister apparently dropped naps altogether by 1.

About a year - he's moved his main nap to middayish.
