8wk old screaming in her sleep

This only started after she had her immunisation on Tuesday. She'll be sleeping really peacefully then all of a sudden is screaming. I lift her up see if it's a burp dirty bum all the usuals but nothing seems wrong. Anyone had this? It's starting to worry me

My son has done this a few times and the first time was the night he had his first set of jabs. I wondered if it was because it's the first time they've experienced pain or something bad so maybe it's a nightmare? it hasn't happened for a while now though so I hope your little one calms down too xx
