Can anyone help my dd is a year old tomorrow and is still bf (morning and night only) and I have always put her to bed (lays down awake and then stroked on head/back until she goes off) my problem is that my husband is unable to settle her- she just becomes hysterical and if I ever go out (v rare) he ends up driving her round the block in car and transferring her to cot asleep. She doesn't seem to have seperation anxiety in the day but this is getting us both down dh feeling rejected and me feeling trapped! Can anyone help?

I would suggest dh spending more time with your lo. And making more of a habit putting her to bed so its not such a change for her. 1 year is prime for separation anxiety.
Good luck it sounds tough.
