Sleeping in a single bed

Hi all just wondering what age children go from sleeping in cot to single bed x

mine were about 2.
lots of big cushions on the floor in case they fell out, which I think only happened a couple of times.
I moved dd because there was a single bed in her room and she wanted to sleep in it. I moved ds because he started climbing out of his cot.

Mine were 16 months, 3 and a month and 2 and a bit.

Mine were about 2. I put the old cot mattress on the floor though as dd2 would fall out of bed every night at 10pm - regular as clockwork! She didn't wake up always so we would just pick her up and put her back.

Thank you my ds only 14 months at the moment but not much room left in cot x
