DS wakes DD when he cries

Any ideas. I would like to put DS (3weeks+) in another room as his grunting keeps me awake. However if he cries in the night he wakes up DD (2yrs)then DH and I are both up sorting them both out. Bea rarely sleeps well after this and ends up in our bed.

Most of the time the grunting keeps me awake so he doesnt have time to cry. I can hear that he wants his next feed. If he goes in another room then I won't hear him so easily and therefore will have to wait for him to cry to know. A monitor is no good as I am trying to avoid hearing the grunting.

He also quite likes to sleep on his tummy, just not all the time. Because of the cotdeath issues I don't want to leave him like this for too long.

Any suggestions?
Thanks
