ds had his injections on Thurs. doc told me he would have a fever and to give him calpol.
last night he didn't have a fever but cried all night he is usually a very good sleeper and settles very quickly after a feed. He is very unsettled tonight as well would you give him calpol ? I didn't last night as he had no temp but there must be something wrong?
advice please!
