hi my lb is nearly 8 months. I have routine of his meal at about 4-5 then play with him for a bit then bath, bottle and aim for bed for 7. He's a good sleeper. Put him In his own room last week and has slept better than ever. But it's getting him to sleep that the problem he fights so bad. And we have to nurse him to sleep. He tends to go to sleep after crying but 40 mins later he's awake again and does this on and off till about 9 then is fine.

If I put him in his cot half sleepy he screams. As I'm typing this his woke up again and can hear him crying on the monitor. Once he's a wake he's so grumpy because he's shattered.

How do I get him to sleep for 7 and to stay asleep.

Have you tried adjusting the bedtime a bit? Try in bed for 6.30. He sounds a little overtired.

Does he have two naps in the day? 10-11.30 and 2.30-4 is a good aim.
