I have an 18 month old DS, first baby so no experience. he has never been a great sleeper, only occasionally sleeping through the night. he usually wakes at least once and I have just accepted this. he has in the last couple of weeks started waking 3/4 times a night, and 2 nights ago woke 6 times!!!! thing is, he's not really waking up, he's shouting/crying/wailing as he has got to the top his cot and can't go any further. but instead of readjusting himself he just shouts/cries until I get up and move him back down the cot. anyone else's child do this? I don't know what I can do about it really? anyone have Amy ideas?
he eats well, has breakfast, lunch, tea and supper, also a bottle when he wakes and a bottle at bedtime with snacks through the day. so I don't think he's waking through hunger.
