How long did your 8 month sleep regression last?

We are a week or so into what I presume is an 8-month regression. DD's trying desperately to crawl and pull herself up. I'm desperately tired - she's waking 8/10/12 times a night. Tell me this won't last long? Please?

She is just sleeping through. -18 months.

I can cope with not sleeping through - she was feeding once or twice a night prior to this. It's the hourly wake-ups I'm struggling with - she wasn't this bad as a newborn! It can't stay this bad for long though can it?!

Is this 8month regression a thing???
11 months and sleeping beautifully thank God. I thought it was DD just decided she didn't feel like sleeping at night anymore Sad.

Almost 11mo and still waking hourly :(

I'm sure I've read about an 8-month regression being a 'thing'. Or maybe I'm just trying to make myself feel better!

I was really hoping you'd all come on and say it only lasted ten days or a fortnight. Sob..

About 2-3 weeks here. She was already crawling, but woke up b frequently moving about and sometimes awake for hours in the night ... Then went back to normal (up only to feed 1-2x) thankfully

Do you have the wonder weeks app? It will probably tell you how long. I'm finding it actually very useful for dc3.

Lasted until I did controlled crying at 10 months. A year later DS is still sleeping through!
